Space charge calculation

100 space charge kicks per turn

verified that 200 space charge kicks per turn produce similar results

calculated on a 65x65x65 grid

verified that 129x129x129 grid produces similar results

finite transverse, periodic longitudinal BC's
took a longitudinal slice of 13.7 mm

verified that 10x larger z slice produces similar results

total current = 8 x 0.154 A
